Hey there. I've been into game making since about 2008, but it wasn't until 2014 I was able to complete my first ever game! The game was started and finished in a single week for a contest. In one week I was able to do what I struggled with for 6 years. 6 WHOLE YEARS. HILARIOUS ISN'T IT.

When you said slow, you weren't kidding! Just out of curiosity, what is your native language? The dialogue in the text intro is really awkward, and poorly written. I so wish the game started you on Serpent Mountain instead of that ridiculous intro. Once the game actually starts it's fine though. I really like how cinematic the cutscene on the bridge was, and how it and introduces a decent early antagonist. I’m gonna stick with it for now, but no promises.

Great, I'm glad you did go with them! I'm not being biased, I honestly do think they look a bit better, plus the faces are more zoomed out, so you haven't got the HP/SP distracting you from their faces. Good choice, and nice re-colours too. =)
Something nitpicky I forgot to mention. I do think it would look better if you moved the numbers on your system set 2 up by a few pixels, that way the player can easily make out both the numbers, and the percentage of the bar, because right they interfere with each other a tad. Try it, see what you think.

Passive Character Abilities
I actually love this idea, puts a little more thought into choosing the right party for the job. Will it show up on their status screen or something?

This game is still deserving more attention. Though I have to admit I found it hard to play difficulty wise and don't think I ever got an areas entire chest count. Is the demo up still the same?
Oh god really? Don’t say that haha, I just increased the difficulty, a couple of people here said they got through the demo without using items. I changed the skills a bit though, so you’ve actually got a really helpful skill now that can one shot the water enemies, plus EXP has been increased by a decent amount. You don’t ever have to get all the chests, it’s there if you want, kinda like a sidequest. Not gonna lie though it does help to search for them, that’s why I don‘t have random encounters. I might write a tip page because if you knew how my brain worked you’d be able to find everything so easily!
But yeah it’s still the same one. I thought about updating the main download, because everything that’s there is enhanced, but there’s no actual new content or playtime on the chapter, so it’s in no way fair to throw myself onto the front page and get undeserved attention, basically. Thanks for you support though mate, I really do appreciate it.

There's a few different graphic styles in here, but I like that because they don't really clash and it separates itself from anyone else using that chipset. Good job. Also, don't forget about windows, it seems like none of your interiors have windows, which is kind of weird.

I’ve done a fair amount of chapter two in total, it’s just that now I really have no choice BUT to work on chapter two instead of finding all these odd jobs to do; because there aren’t any! Although I could always work on chapter three’s dungeon, but it’s a sewer so I don’t feel like doing that right now.
Oops, just revealed that one of the dungeons in the game is a sewer. Oh well, what’s the worst that could possibly happen?
